RTG Daji Na Siro is a fast rising RnB Duo which hails from Kasama, Zambia. The duo comprises Identical Twins whose real names are Ronald Simbaya Mpundu and Diamond Simbaya Mpundu. They were born in the year 1993 in Mbala of the Northern Province of Zambia.
Rtg Daji Na Siro started their music journey in 2009 and released their first single “We Need Love” the same year. The duo credit their Inspiration for doing music to the likes of Ken Rogers, Jimmy Clif, Usher Raymond, LL Cool J, Tupac and Zambian HipHop veterans Tommy D, Slap D and Daddy Zemus.
In 2011, their released “Dyonko” featuring rapper “Muzo AKA Alphonso” and the song instantly gave them recognition with several airplay. Their later dropped Vamene Tipitamo ft Za Yellow Man in 2017, Ukalumbuka Lisa Ft Tommy D in 2018, Akutenga featuring Kaladoshas in 2019 and Holly City featuring Muzo AKA Alphonso and BK Wakudala in 2020, which all elevated their musical career.
Rtg Daji Na Siro describe their music as Inspirational as it is based on real life experiences. The duo has since managed to set up their own Recording Studio called “RTG Entertainments” and they were awarded as “Best Living Song Writers” by the Youth Alliance For Change Organization in 2020. Their biggest aim is to be the Zambian P-Square and take Zambian music across boarders as they embrace their own Zambian languages.
They have so far worked with producers Jerry Fingerz, Shinko Beats and PST. They are currently working on their single “feeling” which features Nigerian artiste “Moriz” and it drops next month. Both twins are graduates from UNZA with Bachelor’s Degrees in Education and both are persuing Masters degrees in Education.
