Mampi the Queen with a Heart: Extends Kindness to Saves a Family in Fear

Zambian music star Miriam Mukape, known to many as MAMPI MUSIC QUEEN, has stepped forward with kindness. She has offered to buy a new grilled door for Belita and her mother. This gift means safety, hope, and peace of mind.

For a long time, Belita and her mother have lived in fear. Their one-room home has no door, leaving them exposed to danger. More than once, they’ve had to escape terrible attacks, including rape attempts from gangs trying to harm them.

They’ve cried. They’ve screamed. They’ve survived; barely. Mampi’s help brings light into their dark nights. May her kindness inspire others to protect and uplift those in need.

12-year-old Belita Mwale is a child whose courage defies her age. She spends hours scouring dumps for broken plastic to sell, scraping together little money to feed herself and her sick mother.

While other children run home from school, Belita walks the world with a purpose shaped by hardships and love. Her dreams of education were once bright, until a cruel twist changed everything after her mother suffered a stroke.

Without hesitation, Belita stepped away from her classroom and took up the role of caretaker. In their tiny house, so cramped, it lacks even a toilet. But she turned a bucket into a makeshift restroom for her mother, carrying waste with bare hands to the nearby dump. No tears. No complaints. Just an unwavering devotion.

One night, when intruders attempted to rape them, Belita summoned a courage and fought back, escaped, and rallied her neighbors who saving both herself and her mother from unthinkable harm.
