‘The African Arab’ spins fluidly between trap-soul, Afrobeats and dancehall but has a hip-hop edge we have not heard for a while. Here he collaborates with top Afrobeats producers on the project including Shinko Beats (Jay Roxa – Joana), Young Nash (Roberto – One in a Million).
‘The African Arab’ follows on the back of a string of successful collaborative releases under Jerome Arab’s belt on labels including InHouse Records (USA), Stoney Boy Music (Sweden) and Killertraxx (Italy). Jerome Arab’s undeniable vocal ability has put him on the same stages with the likes of Raekwon, 112 and Cassper Nyovest. Jerome Arab recently toured southern Africa, performing in a total of four countries.
