A few days after general Kanene was pardoned from an 18 years jail sentence, It was reported in the Post Newspaper dated 21st July, 2015 that he battered his wife for denying him sex.
General Kanene did not come out in the open to address the rumor until now. He has released a new song titled ‘The Post’.
In the song he calls the Zambian leading newspaper ‘The Post’ Liars and have no control over there news articles ‘Paper Yaupuba‘, so it’s true that Kanene actually beat up his wife before raping an under aged girl according to the song; he says the social media gets old photos and start tarnishing his name and the name of the President, In which THE POST joins in spreading the lies minus knowing the actual truth.
Kanene also throws some lyrics at the post newspaper editor in chief ‘Fred M’embe’, who was arrested for publishing false news and was later released on bail. Telling him that a bail is not the end of a court case.
Kanene is so much against the news published in The Post about H.E President Edgar Lungu, he says he only think of the newspaper when trying to use it as a tissue or when trying to role it on fritters.
