A few hours after winning an award for Choice Hip-Hop Video of The Year for his collaborative effort “Selfish” at the 2016 CBC Television awards, Chanda Mbao and Scott had another surprise in store.
He dropped a world-class Hip-Hop banger off his forthcoming mix-tape “The Patriot” and he wrote the following via email;
“We released this song the day after we won an award for Hip-Hop Video of The Year for our collaborative effort Selfish at the CBC Television awards. We consider ourselves part of the movement ushering in a new and modern sound on the Zambian music scene and we hope that’s becoming more apparent with each release.“
