RENOWNED Musician Elton Mulenga alias Yo Maps has threatened to sue the Anti-Corruption Commission if they don’t return his Land Cruiser which he fondly calls “Cru Cru” by Friday. And Yo Maps has lamented that the ACC’s conduct has put his business deals in jeopardy while unfairly keeping the subject of their investigations unknown.
Meanwhile, Yo Maps has also recalled that ACC officers got into a bitter altercation with a member of his family when they went to seize the Cru Cru. In a demand letter by his lawyers from Nsapato & Co. Advocates and addressed to ACC DG Tom Shamakamba, Wednesday, Yo Maps argued that ACC’s conduct had been prejudicial.
