WHO ARE WE?
RapUp Zambia is an urban culture community for Zambian hip hop lovers which aims to create a space for rap fanatics to collaborate and showcase their talent.
WHAT DO WE DO?
RapUp was founded with the goal of creating opportunities for upcoming artists to gain exposure in the music industry as well as provide resources to amplify their industry exposure.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
Through the ‘🔥The RapUp Cypher 🔥’. The RapUp Cypher is a talent showcase platform through which we wish to bring together upcoming and well-established rappers to perform, appear in high-quality videos and just have fun!
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
Despite having a large pool of raw hip-hop talent in the Zambia, very few underground rappers make it to being well-established artists. This is due to the lack of proper channels that are needed in order to be successful, lack of access to guidance and mentorship as well as lack of resources. With the RapUp, not only will you have the opportunity to get your foot in the door toward achieving your aspirations for recognition, work with an amazing team, perform and learn new skills, you will also be able to use our platform to meet and connect with already established successful artists and have lots of fun!
