Zambian vocal goddess and creative songwriter, Wezi resurfaces with a brand new heartwarming single dubbed “Take Me To School.” The new song is released under Merck Foundation to help end child marriage and support girls’ education which is very important to build stronger families and communities.
Wezi wrote: It’s not an exaggeration unfortunately, there’s a lot of families that don’t believe in educating the girl child especially in villages & rural areas. Early marriages shouldn’t exist anywhere in 2022! Let the children grow & expose them to opportunities so that they can have a shot at becoming anything they want to become!!!
