As she continues to heat up some good home cooked music with the right chef for the job –hit-man himself, Timbaland, she previews behind the scenes footage of her session with him at The Hit Factory. She speaks on her experience working with the production mastermind.
“I love working with Timbaland,” says the singer enthusiastically. “Working with Tim probably was the first time I ever spent all night in the studio.”
In the one-minute informative clip, Hudson expresses how Timbaland stepped aside and gave her creative freedom. The Chicago native credits the Virginia producer for letting her artistry as a writer, artist and vocalist come out to new heights.
“In this song I get to have a voice. That’s what I love. I feel like he opened it up for me to really be able to be an artist. That’s when I realized studio is fun and Timbaland gave me that.”
