Shonongo is the latest offering from IKONiK Music rap artist Tony Shuk. The word ‘Shonongo‘ is a Bemba term which means ‘Devil.‘
This track talks about the life of entertainers and how they get enslaved/addicted to negative vices that corrupt the morals of artists as they seek fame. In this track, Shuk explains how difficult it is to make it in the industry but still insists that he will not sell his soul to the devil through things like drugs, sex, alcohol, peer pressure and satanic rituals.
The moral of the story in this track is, either stand up for something or fall for anything.
