Some time last year, Mr Eazi, a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur gave birth to an initiative with a mission of empowering
independent, emerging talented African artistes into Global Superstars by partnering with iconic figures, who have in-depth industry knowledge, and experience in promoting talented artistes to achieve their full potential and MAKE IT BIG!.
So far they have picked artists like Scott, Trina South, Jae Cash just to mention a few. Well, Months after staying off scene, One of Zambia’s biggest artistes – Slapdee felt like questioning the whole thing via twitter with the following statement “What happened to Empawa what what? Who won what? Who made it out off that? Whose brand made what?“, a tweet that did not sit well with his fans as they received it as a diss.
Three quarters of his fans came out with a similar comment asking him on what he has done to see the Up and Coming artists flourish.
