Mwiza Zulu the daughter to Micheal Zulu is an award winning Zambian Musician. Mwiza took to her social media page, Facebook to be precise to complain about the pathetic services she received at pearl of Health Hospital in Lusaka.
Mwiza wrote, “I used to tell my parents- if I get sick take me to Pearl of Health Hospital because I just like how it looks on the outside. After the services we received today, going back there again? God forbid.”
