Zambian R&B star Roberto has left fans buzzing after revealing that he has American rapper T.I. saved in his phone.
During an interview on “My Diary Conversations” with producer and rapper KB Killa Beats, airing on local streaming platform InwiTV, Roberto made the surprise revelation when KB asked, “Who’s the most famous person saved in your phone?”
Without hesitation, Roberto replied, “T.I.”, prompting visible shock from KB. He went on to explain how the connection came about: “We linked up on Instagram and just started talking. He asked to check out some of the music,” Roberto shared.
When asked if T.I. had a favorite Roberto song, the singer responded:“I wouldn’t say a favourite, but we had a conversation where he wanted to check out the music. He checked it out, yeah.”
Roberto didn’t give details about a potential collaboration or what T.I. thought of the music after listening, leaving fans wondering if a Zambia–Atlanta link-up could be on the horizon.
This revelation has stirred excitement online, as it highlights how far Zambian music continues to travel and the connections local artists are building across borders.
