55 years old American R&B singer and producer Robert Kelly has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for federal sex trafficking case in New York United States by Judge Ann Donnelly.
R.Kelly was found guilty of bribery and sexual exploitation of a child and of separate charges of sex trafficking late last year in September.
As a recording artist Robert was credited with helping to redefine R&B and Hip hop. Like Zambia’s very own FJay, R.Kelly was also known for earning nicknames such as the King Of R&B And King of Pop-Soul.
