The president of the republic of Zambia Mr Hakainde Hichilema has appointed musician and activist Fumba Chama better known as PILATO as the new permanent Secretary at the ministry of Youth Sports And Arts. PILATO who was among several individuals was sworn in by the President this morning today 20th December 2022 at state house.
PILATO, was this year honored by president Hakainde Hichilema for using music to fight against corruption. Another musician awarded is ANDREW CHISALA, who is also known as CAVMAN, who has sung about human rights and ill treatment of civil servants in the previous regime.
