The milling firm emphasized that all official statements will be released solely through their verified social media platforms, particularly their Facebook page, Pembe Zambia.
“We take note of numerous misleading communications bearing our logo and purporting to be from Pembe Milling Zambia regarding the Aflatoxin situation. We advise all concerned to refer to our Facebook page for truthful and accurate information,” the statement read.
Pembe Milling assured consumers that they prioritize safety and well-being above all else and are fully cooperating with the government and relevant authorities to resolve the issue promptly.
