American singer, Normani (formerly a member of Fifth Harmony) continues her solo career with a pair of new singles alongside producer Calvin Harris. One of the joints – Checklist – features our very own Wizkid.
It’s Normani’s 2nd collaboration with a Nigerian heavyweight act this month; the first being her co-appearance on Migos rapper Quavo’s “Swing” featuring Davido, off the recently-released Quavo Huncho album.
Great to see Afrobeats flagbearers like Wizkid and Davido getting featured on international collaborations. It’s a welcome change.
