Naimah started 2022 with a successful single launch of “FOCUSED”, the lead single to her upcoming EP and is already set to release “UTHANDO LWAKHO” as the follow up single on Friday the 15th April, 2022, featuring Zambian superstar, Roberto.

Revealing the artwork for her follow up single, designed by award winning Graphics Designer and illustrator, Tafadzwa Bero, Naimah and Roberto are seen in an intimate pose styled by Naimah herself in African royal regalia, intended to artistically represent and personify the concept of “black love”, a concept Naimah strongly believes is worth promoting in the dating culture of black youth today. Doing exactly that in this Afropop love song, “Uthando Lwakho” which means “your love” in Zulu, a South African dialect written with the help of singer songwriter Chief SA whilst Naimah and Roberto both sing in
English and Nyanja , a Zambian dialect. Naimah describes her latest release as an afrobeat ballad which fuses R&B and Pop influences.

Asked about how the collaboration with Roberto came about, Naimah says she anticipated this collaboration for over 4 years. “I sent a demo of the track with an open verse and Roberto agreed to the collaboration without hesitation. I was most honored and blessed to work with one of my biggest
