Earlier this week Zambia’s Folk and Jazz performing ace – Mumba Yachi made it to the Nigerian airwaves with a feature on Ric Hassan’s latest body of work called “Sweet Mother” expected to feature on his forthcoming album which drops on 31st August, 2017. Mumba Yachi who just released the CDs and a super amazing cover for his new album entitled “The Great Work” which comes fully packed with authentic African music continues to represent Zambia on the international scene accordingly.
In other news, Roberto has finally dropped his much anticipated 16 track studio album with a whole lot of international features, the likes of Mohombi (Swedish-Congolese singer), Vanessa Mdee (Tanzania), Dammy Krane (Nigeria) and Patoranking (Nigeria). Superstar is Roberto’s fourth studio album, but it seems abundantly clear from the first listen that he is still in his prime.
Earlier this month, Willz Mr. Nyopole dropped his second album “Umoyo Wa Willy” following up to his previously released award winning album “Mr. Nyopole”, it features the likes of Mic Burner, Daev, Jedi and more. But for now let’s wait for Bwetu Bwetu Remix which will drop Bobby East and bring out Cleo Ice Queen, Mic Burner and T-Sean.
