Kapembwa Martin Kangali, KMK born on 28th Oct 1989 in Kabwe town..Grew up in Kabwe were he natured his rap abilities. Inspired by Rappers of 90s through to early 2000 such as Nas, JayZ Eminem and many others he began his rap pursuits at the age of 12; from then, never looked back but kept perfecting his style. At age 16 he began to make strides of being a producer as he composed some of passed projects.
KMK is an underground rapper who’s rhyming abilities are unique and compelling. He is one rapper who when you hear rapping you would conclude, “that is an effort of an emcee of Rap”. His themes on his songs are mostly meditative, inspirational,narrative and all alike. THE KMK has a lot to offer to rap music in Zambia, this is just the beginning of more to come.
