On the 27th of August 2021, Harry Mwanza popularly known as DJ H-Mac officially announced his departure from of Zambia’s house hood record label XYZ Entertainment LTD, the news which shocked Zambian music lover surfaced on social media as he left his long time label.
In his statement which he shared he said All good things come to an end.“ However H-mac has dedicated a little over a decade of his lifetime to the said organization and together they have achieved greatness and it has been a journey filled with a lot of highs and lows alike.
He further added that, change in life is inevitable and he felt like he hse given the organization his very best and for lack of a better term. H-mac went on to say he has hit the ceiling and he felt it’s time for others to step in and offer new energy.
In the aftermath of his departure from XYZ Entertainments, DJ H-Mac recently announced the birth of his new record label, “New-Age Entertainment“. The new record label is currently housing super talented new wave artist of DJ Rhys, Jorzi, Brawen, B-Mak and Mohsin Malik.
The newly formed label New-Age Entertainment is a record label, talent scouting and consultancy agency. This label is embedded on a new era based on the values of family, hustle and excellence. The wizard has expressed grief over the negative out lash coming his way after he left XYZ he said this on his recent post which he shared on his official social media platform.
Harry Mwanza also said he never thought he would get to see the day when XYZ fans would turn their backs on me after all he have contributed to his former label. However he narrated that he has no hard feelings going forward but he would urge everyone to give “New Age” a break and let the talents create without this animosity
