Faith Kache Mukonko wins $150,000 and a brand new Benz for “Miss my home town beauty pageant 2022”

Last night Saturday the 2nd of July,2022, Choma held one of the biggest and iconic modeling event in the country which they named “Miss my home Town beauty pageant”. The event was sponsored by a Zambian born South African Mr. James Ndambo And it was officially opened by Tourism minister Hon.Rodney Sikumba.

Present at the event was Southern Province minister Cornelius Mweetwa, former Information minister Dora Siliya, Pearl Thusi from South Africa to mention but a few. The event also had live performances by artists from both international and local with the likes of Ma Africa, Maureen Lilanda etc.

The event had two categories, the first one was from 18 years to 30years while the second Category was from 30years to 60 years. Miss Doris Couvaras aged 44 emerged victorious in the category 30 years to 60 years. Miss Doris walked away with $50,000 and a brand new car.

From 18 years to 30 years the category was scooped by Faith Kache Mukonko Won walked away with $150,000 and a brand new Benz . In her career Faith has won Miss CBU in 2017, Miss Heritage Copperbelt 2017,Miss Heritage Zambia 2017(hat-rick in 2017),Miss Culture Worldwide in Zimbabwe in 2018 – First runner up,Miss Global Beauty Queen Zambia 2019,Miss Polo Zambia representative 2020,Miss Planet Zambia representative 2021 and Miss Earth Zambia 2021. A big congratulations to Faith Mukonko for adding another record to her brand.

First Run-up was Mwila Masongo who walked away with $75,000 and a new car at the “Miss My Home Town Beauty Pageant.
