Zambian top notch female rapper Clementina Mulenga, professionally known as Cleo or Cleo Ice Queen has won major accolade at this years Afrima Awards as the “Best Female Artiste in Southern Africa” had other top international acts in the category including Busiswa, DJ Zinhle, Sha Sha, Shekinah, Makhadzi , among other. The award event which was broadcasted live from Lagos on 84 TV stations in 109 countries from November 19th to 21st November 2021.
This year the list covered over 8,880 songs submitted for adjudication. It also featured over 400 songs from artistes in the 30 continental and 10 regional categories, cutting across African talents and creatives living on the continent and in the diaspora.
