Clique Viral‘s deep love for the inspiration and trend the award winning trio, Zone Fam has tattooed on the Zambian map has been carefully expressed in this letter.
After the un-announced exit from the Kenyan based record label Taurus Musik, Zone Fam has lost one of it’s members who has yet started pursuing a different direction – Thugga has started doing Gospel music, since then the crew has concentrated on solo projects on which Jay Rox has already dropped a solo album on which he did not feature any artist from his group.

Dear Zone fam
Thank you. That seems to be a thin expression to people so largely celebrated in the world of music. I wish I could explore more but I know it wouldn’t mean anything if I said it.
When I first heard of zone fam, ‘’MABODELELA” I knew this was an introduction to the new era of Zambian music {and a whole different sound.} The attention and love you were receiving from the hype sparked a negative type of feeling towards you but as time went by and as close as I approached the level of understanding behind the struggle and ruthlessness, the bittersweet hardship of a boy band to get to that level in Zambia which slims to none.
It’s inspiring and tutoring seeing all your achievements. As hard as music in Zambia is, you managed to forge and penetrate in it. Today we look at zone fam not just as a boy band but the first in the history of Zambian music to ever win a channel o award. Centuries will pass but that record will remain as a statue and for that reason I just don’t want to be successful I also want to leave a legacy of that magnitude.
It takes hard work and determination to reach those levels and our goal as “Clique viral” is not to compete or anything but to surpass your achievements.
